Ok actually got around to making another update now, I had probs with my FTP so I couldn't make any changes.  I've now fitted the Bucci SLipper Clutch to the bike now, thanks to Leon for the loan of his clutch tool ;)

You can see the various clutch pics below.

The clutch basket is held in by 8 bolts, these MUST be sealed as oil runs behind the basket. Failure todo so will cause the clutch to be contaminated by oil.

I used theadlock and silcone to seal the bolts in.

The original plates are a tight fit due to the alloy ring running around the basket, they need the ends sanded slightly to ensure they float smoothly in the basket.   I found this out the hard way as the clutch would still bite when disengaged.   So I had to strip it and start again.

Here's the finished article with all the plates and the slipper gubbins together, the clutch also comes with titanium spring plates to replace the standard ones.   Hence the grey effect.

The standard bolts are too long though, and need to be changed for shorter ones. I swapped them out for titanium tapered bolts instead ;)

I've also vented the clutch cover so you can see the clutch ;)  Thanks to Nev (bro) for doing the necessary with the jigsaw.  He's good for summin then! hehe.

Apart from looking good it also lets the clutch dust escape, which can lead to clutch failure if it's allowed to build up.

Also I've now recieved my new wheels back from Dymag.  I had them send the centers down, so I could get them painted the same yellow as the bike.  I then send them back to be assembled into the finshed wheel.  You can see them below.

They look a bit funny in this picture, must be the angle I guess.  They are the new 5 spoke Dymags, with magnesium center and carbon rim.

They even slapped a little Dymag sticker on afterwards :)

You can see a close up of both rims below.

Thanks to Formula 1 Refinishing for doing the painting again, it's come out excellent as always guys, thx.

I've also picked up some new Pirelli Evo Corsa tyres to go with the new wheels.   Still need to scuff em in fully as yet but they feel nice :)

I ended up painting the writing in with a tyre pen, don't know why though.

Below is the bike as it is now.

I added a yellow pinstripe around the rim to show the edge of the rims, the wheels looked a bit small without it.
I still haven't fitted the Dyna coils or leads as yet, because it will need a few mods and I don't want to strip the bike so close to the the Mayday run.  Also I'm waiting on the Marvic magnesium swingarm so the Corsa tie-rod and Ohlins Preload upgrade have not been fitted either as yet.  This is because I can do them all at once when the swingarm is off.
