Wow first update for the Duc this year, I had some of these parts earlier but didn't think it was worth doing a such a small update.  So I've built a couple of parts up and now you can see them below :-)

I've finally got around to taking some pics of the AP levers which I fitted to the bike some time ago, you will notice that the clutch is an inverted brake lever, this is normal with the race levers.  I was hopeing that because the ratio was adjustable it would make the clutch easier, but unfortunatly it seems to have got heavier - Doh!!   (now it needs SERIOUS pressure to pull the lever - gulp!)  I'll investigate and see if I've missed anything that could be causing this.
On the other hand the brake is really progressive now with lots of feedback so at least I got one out of two right :)

I finally recieved my Dyna Coils from Straightline after about 2 months (so much for the 1 week wait), don't think I'll be using them again.

Ignore the Dyna 2000 in the background as it's my brothers, the coils are in the cabinet at the shop until I get a chance to fit em!

Don't ask me why Dyna feel they do not have to improve the looks of the coils, which make me wanna reach for a paper bag each time I see them.

I finally got around to ordering the slipper clutch I've been meaning to get, I've heard that it also softens up the clutch action (fingers crossed) but it's mainly to stop the rear wheel locking up under heavy downshifting.

It's made by Bucci and it the same slipper as used on the factory superbikes (in other words it's the dogs :)  I took a piccy of it in bits so you can see the milling that goes into the main basket, needless to say it's a quality piece of kit.

There were a few bits and bobs with it also which I haven't shown, mainly bolts, washers etc.  It still requires parts from the original clutch (springs) and I'll fit it when I have the bike back.

This is the Corsa tie-rod, not much different to the standard one except it is anodized gold and can be adjusted from the center (yeah right, scratch off the gold coating!!)

Even this requires the ball joints from the original which is a bit of a con considering what it costs.
