Well here I am back with the first update for a while, had to wait
for the Superbike show at Ally Pally before I could continue.
I've brought a few more bolts and nuts to finish off the bike, as
I didn't get enough at the NEC. You can see the various bolts in
the pictures below.

I also picked up a load more titanium bolts to do more of the
stressed parts on the bike, which you can see below.

I managed to find the nuts to do the rear sprocket as well but I
haven't fitted them as yet cos I'm waiting for my Renthal sprocket
conversion, which I had to order at the show but I can show you
the nuts ;-)

I decided on the AP Racing rear caliper as it was a lot
smaller than
the Harris one and worth the extra money. I also picked up
a couple
of anodized fittings for it. Unfortunatly I need to have a bracket
machined up as it is not a direct replacement for the Brembo, and this
will take about a week or so.

I got some of those anodized nipple covers as well which you can see
in the right picture of the front caliper showing it fitted, and also a
couple of the titanium bolts which are holding the caliper on.
The bike is virtually all anodized or titanium bolts now, only the
main engine block is still held together with steel bolts which I may
change in the future. You can see a few pictures of the fitted bolts
below.

The picture top right show the subframe held on with titanium bolts with
anodized nuts, and the bottom two picture show the titanium bolts
holding the levers on and the headlamp bracket.
I finally got a air filter for the bike, bugger's a bit large though and takes
a far bit of squashing to fit it in the airbox ;-)

Here you can see the filter in place
inside the airbox, the tank will cover
the top half of it. I need a filter here
as my air tubes do not have filters
inside them like the standard ones.
Picked up a tax disc holder for the bike which is made in alloy and anodized
red. You can see it mounted to the bike below.

I got a bike cover as well to keep the machine clean while it's in the garage,
which you can see below.
