Things To Do Next:
Brakes and a Stack dash maybe? -
after I have restored my Excelsior and finished the Harley perhaps!
Meanwhile 7500 miles and rising – nothing better than riding them!

748 SUPERSPORTS - PAOLO CASOLI’S 1998 REPLICA 748

After seeing the limited edition Foggy Rep I decided a similar job on a 748 was in order – actually there are
many things on the Foggy rep that are not quite right such as the Aluminium Marchesini wheels - which are
really heavy compared to the Magnesium versions – and the lack of nice carbon bits in the detail finish.
So - side by side you will see plenty of "Casoli Replica" details that could be done to the Foggy rep to make
it even nicer (and even more expensive!).

The only real innacurate detail on my bike is the wheels – Supersports regs stipulate the use of standard
road wheels, Casoli has his painted black – but I couldn’t resist the gold Marvics.

The best thing about the 748 --- It revs to 12k and sounds marvellous,

……….. which was nice.
