It was my birthday recently (6th) which makes me a quarter of a century
old (25yrs) and I'm still working on the bike, I'll probably be over the hill
before its finished ;-)
My brother brought me a exhaust guard in carbon fibre, made by the guy who
did the rest of the carbon on the bike so it all matches.
You can see the guard in this picture which
replaces the polished shield I was using before.
The panels are away at the paint shop at the moment getting a quote for the
paintjob I want, so the bike is looking a bit bare. I'm still waiting for the rear
bracket/hub to come back so I can bolt the rear wheel on again ;-(
The forks I've been informed should be ready in April along with some flash new
alloy triple clamp yokes from Harris Performance as the Ohlins forks won't fit in the
standard Ducati yokes. I've also ordered a new dashboard from Stack (their 8130
model) which I'm told has been built (they are to order only) and should be shipped
early next week, so I'll have some fun fitting that ;-)
Don't think I have loads of money as I had to sell my laptop to pay for the dash,
but I hardly used it anyway ;-)
