***Crashed EVO - April 16th 2002 - Brands Hatch***

Well I guess it had to happen sooner or later - I was taking 'Evo' around Brands Hatch for a photo shot, and went wide into Clearways after overtaking someone and onto the 'Marbles' part of the track.  Needless to say the backend just slipped away so smoothly, and the bike skidded off the track and into the 'Kitty Litter', where it decided to flip over for good measure before stopping. :o(

So at least it gives me a chance to make a few changes to the bike now, it will be a good few months if not more before Evo is finally roadworthy again.

For now you can see a picture of Evo in my garage, I've stripped off what I can until I can use the ramp to drop the motor out.  That gravel gets everywhere!!!

It was a pretty bad day that Tuesday, cos I crashed my Honda in the first outing.  Maybe it was a sign ;o)
