Well finally got around to doing some more of the crosser as I got the wheels back finally, which you can see below.

I've fitted the Renthal rear sprocket using the Apico nuts that I had, both of which are mentioned earlier on the site. The wheels have been rebuilt with new rims and spokes.
I've also fitted the new alloy throttle tube to the bike along with the handlebars etc which you can see below.

I've also done a bit more chromeing which is a tad sad but it's harder wearing than paint and brightens up the bike a bit. I chromed the footpegs, shift lever and brake pedal this time. Also I've fitted the Renthal front sprocket which I thought was gonna be a bugger to get off, so I brought home me brothers electric Snap-On impact driver - man that nut just popped off :-)
You can see the pegs and sprocket below.

Oops forgot about that little chrome chain guide above right ;-) hehe I also installed the new roller bearing into the swingarm, cheers to Leon (Stan Stephens) for pressing out the old one for me. Hence I've fitted the swingarm + linkage back on the bike and have ordered an Ohlins for the rear :-)
The bike is actually taking shape now and shouldn't be too long now before it's usable. I'm still waiting on a lighting coil from Rubberchicken racing so I can get the headlights sorted (only been 5 months - supply problem I'm told). I have to make up some brake lines and get a couple more bits, stickers and air-filter spring to mind, before I can continue.
